He won’t really have one, and there will be conflicts of interest galore. This is just one reason why a “billionaire” shouldn’t be in politics at any level, much less POTUS. If laws are enforced, more people in his administration will be convicted of crimes than in Reagan’s (and that was quite a few).

…just how did Berlusconi manage to get himself elected 3 times? Ah yes, billionaire media mogul.

Who is going to be president of the USA? Ah yes, a billionaire reality TV star.

    .

There are norms and then there are laws. He’s breaking norms with his nepotism; question is, will he also break laws…?

“Blind Trust” – why would anyone think he would adhere to proper procedure now?

You get what you pay for. We must be getting a lot, considering how long we’ll be paying for him.

Trumps position is that it is “non of your business”.. like his taxes and will assemble a group of lawyers to make it legal. Just as Bush assembled his lawyers to make torture legal.

The family will take care of the business, Donald will have a hand in his business, his family will have a hand in government. Look forward to four years of your outsider candidate passing laws for his own profit. Of course you won’t care because he won’t be black or female. Republicans, you forgot to drain the swamp, now you will have the most corrupt president in our history. Could he change? Sure. Has he shown any signs of being presidential? That unpatriotic bigot won’t even stay in the white house.

You do all realize don’t you that under our laws a president is NOT required to place his financial dealings in a blind trust so anything President Elect Trump elects to do to ensure there is no perception of complicity between his public/private finances is strictly voluntary. Pity clinton didn’t think of this with her foundation slush fund!

I suspect that book of blind trust will be the source for many ISIL or other groups to do some serious bombing. The only question is whether it happens before Trump takes office.. in which case Obama will be blamed.. or after Trump takes over.

Time to change the country’s name. “The United States of America, A Division of the Trump Organization.”

KellyAnne Conway says we should focus on Trump’s sacrifices rather than worry about all of the conflicts of interest his refusal to divest or separate himself from his business deals. What’s the point of spending money on his campaign if he can’t enjoy the profits, right?

The corruption has already started. Trump pays out 25 million to avoid having to testify at his own trial. Deutschebank, who he owes about 30 million is ready to restructure loans ahead of negotiations wit new DOJ over its role in 2007 financial collapse. The Chinese government suddenly decided Trump “won” his trademark case that had been tied up in Chinese courts for 10 years. Not that the Chinese would ever do anything to curry favor with Trump. The just promised him millions of dollars of personal income for the next 20 years. But its not corruption because its not Clinton.

None are so blind, and deaf, as Trump voters. Sadly, it ain’t like they couldn’t figure out what he’s all about from his campaign, speeches, and history in “business” (bankruptcies), or “reality” TV as a total fraud and amoral jerk of the worst order.

They’re clearly gearing up to keep blaming past Democrats for everything bad Trump does and for any good he fails to do. Meanwhile, they show superstitious horror if anyone dares mention the name of He Who Must Not Be Blamed.
