Is there a sign showing me where I can find that sign?

Hopefully you don’t have any suicide ramps off your highways like we do here in NJ Horace! or lovely jug handles…..

And the sign said “Long-haired freaky people need not apply”

So I tucked my hair up under my hat and I went in to ask him why

He said “You look like a fine upstanding young man, I think you’ll do”

So I took off my hat, I said “Imagine that. Huh! Me workin’ for you!”

    Whoa-oh-oh

    Sign, sign, everywhere a sign

Blockin’ out the scenery, breakin’ my mind

Do this, don’t do that, can’t you read the sign?

And it doesn’t even have a “You are here” label.

Sign o’ times…unfortunately. But like John Fogerty sang:“Come on the risin’ windWe’re goin’ up around the bend

You can ponder perpetual motionFix your mind on a crystal dayAlways time for good conversationThere’s an ear for what you say."

I suppose you’d rather find your way using something reliable…like Google Maps.

Yesterday I thought they hired a fortune teller to make the road signs: it read ‘bumpy road ahead’.

My buddy lives on the water in Virginia. During the hurricane that recently passed through he shot a picture of a sign that was totally under water except for the first few words, “IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.”

Arkansas highway signage must have inspired this (live in Arkansas).
