Dr Don, you seem like a decent fellow who does not know the facts of the argument he wants to make. The top 1% pay something like 40+% of collected tax revenue. So what shoud their "fair share(sic) be..???If the Rich pAid nOT on;y a 100% rAte on income but also turned over all of their assests, there would still be a deficit. The problem ain’t taxes, it’s SPENDING!!!
