Conservatives have a tendency to confuse pop-culture with reality. I first noticed it when the movie, ‘Rambo, First Blood II’ came out. Next thing we knew, one rightwinger after another was touting the back-story of that movie as the REAL history of the Vietnam war.

Then there was the Michael Crichton novel, ‘State of Fear.’ How many times have we seen a rightie referencing that book as ‘proof’ that global warming is hoax?

The phenomenon reached its peak when, incredibly, during one of the Presidential debate the candidates were asked a question straight out of ‘24’. I.E. "If you captured a terrorist who had knowledge of a the location of a bomb, would you be willing to employ torture in order to learn where it was hidden?
Quagmire has far more decency than Trump. Have you ever heard such vile language from him like you hear from Trump ?Quagmire is a sex addict. Trump is a Pervert.
I watched the first episode, and it was awful. People said I hadn’t watched enough, so I watched a couple more, and they were awful. No, they said, those were awful, but it’s better now. After a half dozen, I gave myself permission to stop trying, and later extended it to all of MacFarlane’s productions, and have been much happier, thank you.
People who are accusing the system of being rigged if Trump loses wants to rig the system so Trump can win. Of course these are the same people who believe the press has a left-wing bias against them and are currently engaging in a conspiracy to elect Hillary Clinton, but promote information hacked by Russian spies. You know, patriots.

I should explain the 19th Amendment if you’re a Trump supporter late to the party because your Klan meeting went over schedule: In 1920 the United States passed the amendment giving women the right to vote. Currently only Vatican City is the only place in the world that doesn’t allow women to vote and even then the only guys voting are old Cardinals (no Trumpsters. Not birds).

When will we drop Trump for the disgusting low life hateful fascist things he says and wants to do? Too much like the 1930’s only we were smarter and better then than now.
This generation, even some smart ones, is equally susceptible to propaganda as that of prewar Germany. Just replace Der Sturmer with Fox, Jews with Democrats.
