Remember, set the clock back an hour on November 6th, and the country back 200 years on November 8th.

In 1816, weren’t we (Americans) living in a nation that openly claimed to be governed “under God” and citizens put trust in the US Constitution and Bill of Rights?-Weren’t most babies allowed to live and grow after conception until live birth, unless nature intervened with fatal problems, and most mothers welcomed God’s gift of a child?

When I started to school, at the word “to”, we extended our arm in the direction of the flag. A couple years later, someone noticed what it looked like and we kept the heart or forehead position throughout. The original pledge author was both Baptist clergy and a socialist. They have been trying to hide that fact since.

History looks a lot different looking back at it instead of living forward through it.
