Phone records are still available through her phone provider.

Except the republicans voted to restrict the storage of those records.

she.. can’t win.. first she does not dispose “properly” then when she does with a hammer the Republicans complain again. As a matter of interest how do they think.. (do they think?) one should dispose of old Blackberries. Take them to a pawn shop for a few bucks…

Trump destroyed all of his business records as a matter of course, so that they could not be accessed in case of a lawsuit. Somehow, I don’t find whether a candidate kept her phone as compelling as climate change, the economy, foreign policy, income inequality, and a shocking take-over of the Republican party by white nationalists.

ARodney said,“Trump destroyed all of his business records as a matter of course, so that they could not be accessed in case of a lawsuit.”.Not possible because some business records are titles and bank accounts, without them he would have no business at all.

The NPPIgnoring, of course, the ex post facto nature of those rule changes. (See Article I, Section 9 of that document you hate.)

A stroke of genius for Mr. Trump to call the election “rigged”. This will be red meat for the martyrs who support him, and will enable him to keep his fan-base for years to come, regardless of the results of the election. If he loses, he and Roger Ailes have a whole group of fans primed and ready for their new media empire….Fear and Loathing/24 hours. It’ll be YUUUUUUUGE. Trust me.
