I agree with Snoopy. Autumn is also my favourite time of year.

No leaf pile? Booooring!

What a feeling…

So am I, Snoopy. So am I. This is one of my favourite strips.

Where I live we don’t get pretty autumn colours because the temp change isn’t sharp and sudden enough. Ah well. I can listen to Justin Hayward singing “Forever Autumn.”

At least when this strip originally ran they didn’t have pumpkin spiced-flavored everything ruining the occasion.

The background colors are great! (Maybe a little brown though?)

Yesterday, when we were walking to the car to go to church, my daughters & I kicked leaves the entire way to the driveway, then back to the door from the car afterward.

We don’t have “autumn”…at 8400’ in the middle of Colorado, we have warm days interspersed with snow, and a few days where the aspen leaves go “BAM!” Fall, winter, and spring are spent looking at the weather to see if it’s going to be sunny and warm, or a foot of snow…I love Colorado…

Was telling the grandson about raking leaves into the street and burning them when I was his age. God, I’m old….

Definition for Autumn. Summer is gone and Winter is coming. That is why I do not like Fall.

“Hooked on Autumn” — same as regular autumn, but with an unvarying clap track behind it.

My daughter was a fan of leaf piles. I have a great photo of her in the back yard surrounded by leaves—she’d just thrown a big armful of them up in the air and let them come down all around her. Pure delight, in kid form.

Better hooked on Autumn than hooked on phonics…

Kite-eating trees are the last to shed their leaves……..

After yet another typically hot and dry summer, I’m totally with you, Snoopy! Autumn is refreshing!

Whenever I jump into a pile of leaves, I yell, Cornflakes!!

I’m hooked on Autumn too.

It beats the heck out of Summer any day!
