Respectfully, the ball cap reference is an extreme insult to Ukraine and the 10,000 people who have died as a result of Putin’s invasion – not to mention the military annexation of Crimea. Manafort supported the Ukranian president, who was, for all intents and purposes, a puppet of Putin. The caption should rightfully say “Make Russia Great Again”.
