Technology, Entertainment and Design. I’m pretty sure a list of rules doesn’t fall into any of those categories. On the other hand, dancing wildly around a golden calf is pretty entertaining.
They were never written anywhere. They were made up by religious leaders to quell the anger in the starving masses.
