If best defense is a good offense, Trump must be huge and great, ‘cause he’s the most offensive candidate in US history.

Great to see on the news tonight Trump’s wifey speech was plagiarized from Michelle Obama’s.

This can only be a time of mourning.

Flagpole manufacturers can stop using load-bearing material for the top half of the poles, because the amount of time that flags are actually at full staff is negligible any more. It’s mourning in America!

Trump isn’t going to destroy the Republican party. He’s going to change it for the better. But the party elite who have been happy to exploit the masses for their own benefit are going to see their power diminished and that is a good thing.

The Bushes, the Kochs, The Romneys and the Kasichs are a bunch of whining sniveling losers. They need to get over themselves and allow the political process to move forward.

I can’t believe that there are so many deluded people in this country who think Little Donnie is going to do anything for anybody but him self.

the GOP hasn’t been strong on defense since 2000, when we had the biggest terror strike on our nation, started preemptive wars with inadequate equipment, and didn’t pay for anything while we tromped around bombing stuff. The Democratic party has been in power and has been stemming the tide of terror, they killed Osama bin Laden (he masterminded 9/11, I hope you didn’t forget) and kept this country safe. The GOP couldn’t catch bin Laden, they couldn’t even figure out which country attacked us in our most terrible attack in our recent history. They couldn’t hold Obama to one term, they couldn’t fund the VA, they can’t come up with any other strategy but throw more troops at is. Pitiful.

“The 1928 Republican Convention opened with a prayer. If the Lord can see His way clear to bless the Republican Party the way it’s been carrying on, then the rest of us ought to get it without even asking. "

I will never understand why Republican primary voters thought that a corporate welfare queen who was notorious for hiring illegal aliens and declaring bankruptcy, and whose products are mostly made over-seas, would somehow or other care about THEM. (And that’s even leaving out the fact that Trump is stupid, dishonest, and crazy!)

And today is “Make America Work Again” day at the convention. So, all you Trump lovers, I issue you a challenge: Tell Donald Trump to bring the manufacture of his clothing lines to the US to PROVE to us he CAN create jobs, and not just rhetoric!

And considering the “anti” platform the GOP has proposed, I think it’s hilarious they used Queen’s “We Are the Champions” last night, a song by a non-American group, fronted by a gay icon.I guess they don’t care about principles if the SHOW looks good? And now Queen and other groups have said they never gave permission for their music to be used. You’d think ANYONE running for office would check first?A better choice would have been the Amboy Dukes “Journey to the Center of Your Mind”, with crazy front man Ted Nugent! Now THERE’S a GOP icon!

Just finished reading Bram Stoker’s “Dracula” last night, the Trump arrival was really creepy when considering that Dracula moved as a fog and crept along, through windows, and around door edges through the cracks, to suck all the blood and life out of his victims.
