SCOTUS is actually Jews and Catholics, and Trump/Pence now pledge total support for Israel (Likud types only!) and state “Christian, Conservative, and Republican, in that order”, but nothing about actual patriot or American who supports OUR Constitution, as in “NO religious test shall EVER…” Article VI.
Ginsberg has never asserted that our Constitution and law must abide by Leviticus, as Mosaic, or even Sharia do, so because she realized the danger of theocracy pledged by Trump/Pence is a danger the founding fathers recognized well, SHE is the dangerous one????
