They need to bring back phone booths. People use cell phones now. Exactly! The distracted, noisy so-and so need to step into a booth to use them!

That’s actually a cool idea. If not a phone booth maybe a silent booth since the pay phones still out there are open & not enclosed
The only thing worse than an inconsiderate loud cell phone user in a public place is one of those people who stands there talking loud to apparently nobody (with a a thing stuck in his ear).
I’d love it. It seems everyone in the neighborhood use the sidewalk outside my window to make the calls they don’t want anyone to hear.
