    I keep most of my keys on lanyards which I daily wear around my neck. The others I keep on a band around my wrist. Sometimes when I stay in my apartment complex, I fasten my cell phone case around those lanyards.I just bought frozen food today, some of which I was surprised was on sale; the less healthy TV dinners were the only ones marked on sale, but nothing on the shelves indicated that they ALL (Lean Cuisine Craveables) were.

    No matter what the delay in grocery shopping, my frozen foods always remain frozen because I use an insulated cold bag with freeze packs. A routine I began 23 years ago when relocating to Metro Tucson, AZ in a 1973 Volvo145 without air conditioning.
