I think they should make people join NASA and take training in living in small quarters with a variety of people without the chance of escaping outside for long periods of time if they’re thinking of living in one of those. I know I’d hate it.
When I first joined the military my entire life would fit in my issued duffle bag and a single suitcase. A tiny house at that point would have been absolutely the best thing in the world. Today when I move it takes a large truck to fit the over 15,000 pounds of stuff.
I really like the idea of a tiny home but, realistically, I know I’d never be able to downsize sufficiently to make it work now. And I really don’t understand the outright hate that some folks have for tiny homes… (thankfully, not so much so far today).

The last survey I heard said that 42% of “Tiny home” owners severely regret their decision. It didn’t say how many were pleased with it.

One truly has to love the outdoors to live in a tiny house.
