Also, Little Sis….did you know John Wayne had a movie where he called this character “Little Sister”………Rooster Cogborn! What a great movie!

Actually, that was “True Grit” and Wayne’s character was Rooster Cogburn, and Kim Darby, I believe, was called Little Sister. The sequel was “Rooster Cogburn and the Lady” with Katherine Hepburn.

Did you all her they are re-making “True Grit” and I think they got one of the Bridge’s boys to play Rooster. Saw it on Yahoo last week.

I believe “True Grit” was the Dukes only movie for which he received an Oscar.

They are making a remake of True Grit. Jeff Bridges is set to play Rooster Cogburn.

Since neither of them is likely to meet a pretty woman, the only thing left to them is to toast one another!
