Reminds me of when I was working at a Jack-in-the-box in the 1970’s, back when the speaker box was the head of Jack. Around 2 am (we were 24 hours on weekends) I hear a bunch of banging over the speaker. I stick my head out the window to look and see some drunk with a baseball bat going to town on Jack. Completely destroyed the head. I always remember part of Jack’s head bouncing down the drive-thru lane.
LOL, this reminds me of one of the Beavis and Butthead episodes where they are working in a fast food joint in Highland Texas….. Anyhow, I learned to go inside and order if you were really concerned about getting the order right such as when I was getting something to bring home to the wife or daughter (who are a touch finicky at times). To quote Joe Pesci “They always **** you at the drive through.” or I would hit the good old Sonic and let the car hop run the food out to me.
Sounds exactly like my last experience at a certain fast food drive-thru with a big yellow M. I was greeted with “Whachoo want?” and things went downhill from there. I’m sure they don’t miss my business at all.

I haven’t ridden in a taxi for over 30 years, but I couldn’t understand how the driver could decipher the chzbzz from the dispatcher.
