    Who would even want to play a record backward or go to the trouble to even do it? Listening to backmasked audio with most turntables requires disengaging the drive and rotating the album by hand in reverse (though some can play records backward). With magnetic tape, the tape must be reversed and spliced back into the cassette. Well unless you are a member of the Flat Earth Society.
