Ah – it’s Bloom County – they all know Steve well down at the jail – small town jail, just a few guards.
When he’s not spending quality time residing there, he’s working hard to get the rest of the best citizens incarcerated there sprung.
I would imagine that Steve is pretty safe down at the jail, from “attention” from fellow inmates. After all, one does not assault someone that may be the only defense attorney willing to take your case on.
