How Hillary portrays a 12 year old rape victim as “asking for it”.

Trump is allowed to call women names because he never intended to run for office. While he denigrates women over the years everyone was just having fun. Our traditions of civility and decency mean nothing to this new GOP.Here are the women haters of the right – who pretend Clinton did the same or worse. Have fun with your Trump.

In “what Clinton probably did vs. what Trump will certainly do”, Clinton is quite ordinary; most men would do those ladies too. However Trump is simply an ass. His public record on women is beyond reason.

Yes, I read this website also. It is normal for a victim to not like the defense attorney especially if the defense attorney is doing his or her job. They are not there to represent the victim. There job is to give a rigorous defense under the law whether the defendant is guilty or not. Her feels are valid but they would be valid against any defense attorney..This is twisted logic or distortion:.“Because that’s what liars do. And Hillary Clinton is a notoriously compulsive liar..On the tapes, Clinton, who speaks in a Southern drawl, appears to acknowledge that she was aware of her client’s guilt, brags about successfully getting the only piece of physical evidence thrown out of court, and laughs about it all whimsically..“He took a lie detector test. I had him take a polygraph, which he passed, which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs,” Clinton says on the recording, failing to hold back some chuckles..For the victim, the tapes prove that while Clinton was arguing in the affidavit that the victim could have some culpability in her own attack, she actually believed that her client was guilty.”.So what piece of evidence did Clinton get thrown out. Not the polygraph test that the defendant passed. The writer implies that Clinton laughed about getting some evidence thrown out of court that he does not mention and then he mixes with polygraph test..But the truth is she is laughing that the polygraph test was any evidence since she knew the defendant was guilty. The incident forever destroyed her faith in polygraph tests..The victim: “I think she wants to be a role model being who she is, to look good, but I don’t think she’s a role model at all… If she had have been, she would have helped me at the time, being a 12-year-old girl who was raped by two guys,” she said."..If anything the victim should be mad at the prosecution. It is not the job of the defense attorney to take care of a victim at the time or even after. The victim is not going to be happy with a defense attorney after. If a defense attorney took care of the victim “at the time” they could be disbarred. The case would be thrown out of court. It would give very good legal grounds for an appeal if it made it through the first trial and would really complicate justice..I would not hold this on any defense attorney’s head even if it was Ted Cruz that did it. They are there to do a job. The writer and political operatives are playing on people’s emotions and not understanding due process. There are many things people can disagree with Clinton on but this has no merit and is factually twisted by both the victim and political people.

And now Trump’s saying women who get abortions should be punished, but not of course the MEN who provide, or demand (like husbands and “boyfriends”) those abortions.

Well, hopefully there will be enough women (and Hispanic) voters, as well as sane men, to keep Herr Drumpf from becoming führer.
