The anthros get a blend of the original person and whatever species they change into. I wonder if the changed person gets more “animal” anatomy, it has more compulsion to act like that animal? Ethel has lost all her limbs, and just about all human attributes. Will Ethel wanf to attack Holly because Ethel can’t control herself?|
I was going to mention that this was the first limbless mutant we’ve seen, then I remembered the worms in the mayor’s fishing trip.I wonder how Ethel’s going to like eating beans.
Well, Until Holly becomes a mouse, out of irony, she’ll be too big for Ethel to swallow. But that does not mean she cannot try. If Ethel was exposed at home now Holly is exposed. this can only get weirder.
For those of you that were wondering about the problems with GoComics today, their Facebook page said that the server went down at some point. Took a couple hours to get it fixed.
This is very interesting and might be a clue as to why Holly is so diplomatic to the newcomers at Endtown. I am curious as to how Ethel will handle the rejection from so many of her supposed friends, especially when she discovers that it can’t be reversed.
Why do I have a feeling Holly will be the demise of Ethel. Then later that night, Holly will have a nightmare about Ethel the snake killing her. At which point she will wake up a mouse.
I just quickly looked at Ethel (Asp)? in the last one and the newest one and it occurred how she really looks evil. She is probably deeply involved with Apex, maybe even one of the planners or engineers of the company. Anyone else see that? Or think it may be that way?

Panel 2: Suppose she has a sense that this is contagious?

So exposure to a mutant isn’t insta-changing, otherwise Holly would’ve ended up a monster immediately instead of a mouse later?

See, talking snakes aren’t scary. Talking giant spiders, that’s scary. Tell me when we meet one of those, so I can not read the comic that day.

Going back to the party on 2/19, I’m guessing the woman with the long neck is Ethel.BTW. Where are Wally and the others watching this from? Our angle?

Is Ethel nekkid? Or nude?

I still think Ethel looks a bit like Ollie, from Kukla, Fran and Ollie.

Ethel seems to be taking this very calmly.

By the way, “Don’t touch me!” and “Get away from me!” seems like something she should’ve told someone almost nine months ago…
