I want a supreme court with 9 justices who are young, healthy, Leftist Liberal Socialist Atheist Vegans/Vegetarians. No, I’m not kidding, I’m quite serious.

Trump could play Caligula and nominate a horse for the Supreme Court Justice post and Congress would approve it without any hearings!

Wouldn’t it be nice if the court really was non-partisan and tried to make the best legal decisions possible. I think that was the original intent of the constitution.

The original intent of the constitutional insured that the country would be run well, if nothing had changed. That was before gerrymandering, super pacs, and assault rifles. It’s difficult to make anything foolproof, because fools are very creative.

Obama will pick the next Justice, like most other Republican promises, they’ll break when Clinton is elected. The Republican voters will swallow another bitter pill and blame Clinton. The right wing will dig their feet in and promise to make Clinton a 1 term president and in 8 years their nominee will be worse than Trump.

Clarence Thomas speak? Just because he’s done it once – yes, only once, doesn’t mean he’ll ever do it again. Better luck with a unicorn sighting.
