I can’t recall ever seeing a motor vehicle in AC in the Smythe days… does anyone?

I thought today’s strip was quite humorous. It captures Andy’s attitude in a Smythean way.

When I lived in Sedona, Arizona, many years ago, there was an old lady, who regularly used to call 911, and demanded that the EMT’s take her to the liquor store, on the way to the hospital !

This pub is next door to the hospital. Here’s where Andy needs to go:

oh. ew! someone’s gonna need a new pan. cast iron is better. when I heard the fumes from non stick cookware are a danger to birds (I had a parrot) I got rid of mine.

I don’t go to “Chippies” often but when I did it was a pleasant and delicious experience. There is a chippy near the college I’m currently attending but it always seems to be closed!

@Number ThreeThanks for posting my song! "Seussical’ is one of my favorite musicals from recent years. Then again, so are “The Book of Mormon” and “Avenue Q”, which aren’t exactly family friendly……Then again, so is “Shrek The Musical” which is, so I’m all over the place!

Today’s strip would’ve been funnier if Andy were picked up by the dog catcher and was surrounded by dogs in the back of the truck……..
