I had never heard of canned bananas previously, but they do exist. See, this strip is educational.

Imagining the horror what the flavor and texture of canned banana would be…shudder.

It’s probably bad for me. It hurts so much – like a hip that needs replacing – but I can’t help myself. I even read it twice – just to wallow in it like a hog wallows in mud. I need help!!!!!

I could tell that this was going toward a tongue twister. But, I was surprised that the last page was not Rat pointing a banana bazooka toward Cartoon Boy.

The setup on this went on for so long, I didn’t want it to end.

Absolutely pathetic. The worst. NOT funny. At all. This guy is so talented, but he wastes his talent on this total rubbish. It’s a shame.

I really admire Pig today!

He had so many lines of potentially confusing dialogue to handle in the set-up today, and he did it flawlessly! You can tell what a great job Pig did by the fact that the producer (Cartoon-Boy) actually went with two straightmen to help Pig past the pun to the requisite Final Panel complaint by Rat.And such restraint, too! Cartoon-Boy didn’t even feature himself in the last “let’s beat him up as he deserves” panel! Wow!What a great job, C-B! Come back again next Sunday….
