Dogs everywhere are wagging their tails in approval.

The Republicans are desperately scrambling to thwart the people’s choice and in the process undermine democracy. More likely it will feed the Trump machine with sound bites and ammunition to attack the establishment and solidify his popularity.

Romney doesn’t think too highly of the man who endorsed him just four years ago. But Romney won’t endorse Cruz or Rubio, in true GOP Establishment form – he complains about the problem but puts forth no plan of his own, no solution to the Trump problem through a specific endorsement of a candidate.

Republicans make rattlesnakes look benign.

Romney gave a good speech today. But if Mr. 47% represents the best the Republican party can find to lead the opposition to Trump, then they really are in trouble.
