I don't even get why we're mentioning it! Certainly he cannot be replaced until next year. Obama doesn't even have that power, starting now. Marco Rubio: My hypothetical future presidency is actually in charge of appointments happening today. Per the constitution! Oh, and they must be very, very conservative, as must all future justices, forever, until time ends. Man #1: Actual cavemen, in fact. It's the law! Man #2: George Washington wrote these very famous rules.

Its time to disband the GOP for being anti-democratic,at least they should be forced to wear signs that say, “Does not play well with others.”

If a Democrat wins in November, the probability is that Scalia, Breyer, Ginsburg, Kennedy, Alito, and Thomas could all be replaced by more liberal justices in the next 4 to 8 years. Let ’em worry about that!

@ Calvin: Yeah & R majority SCOTUS only ruled that corporations are people with all the rights of a citizen, but super sized, that one time, so obviously it would be a travesty to allow a D president to nominate a SC judge as is his duty per the US Constitution. That would be bad for business
