I thought Bay of Pigs was a glorious victory. And Viet Nam – didn’t Nixon have a plan to win that one, too?

Maybe we should have sent them a BILL??!?

I saw 3 whitewashed plywood boards at an art gallery. They were “art”, $1500. Doing drugs is bad for your brain.

The Korean War had an armistice. The fighting officially ended but not the state of war.

Unfortunately, some people still live in a fantasy world of “If only we could kill them all, we would have the victory we deserve as upright, moral people. One guy should be all it takes to get it done.”

“Because Communism is a “concept” or form of organized government, the ONLY way to beat it is to remove ALL traces of it.”.Nah.All you have to do is show convincingly that it is inherently a failure.

.We still know about Aztec sacrificial practices of cutting out human hearts and sending the gods messages thereby, but practically nobody still does that anymore..

The best way to show something won’t work is to let its advocates try and fail.(You can’t always allow it if their attempt would also result in harm to you and your loved ones.).On a related note, I dislike and disagree with Donald Trump, but silencing him is worse because it shows similar tyrannical tendencies.

“can’t make people like you by invading their homes and killing their friends and relatives … for some odd reason, people tend to not like that”??WHODATHUNKGo figure..Building on that, though…if you can convince them you are saving them from those very people, they will embrace you joyfully. In fact, if we could have shown them what life would be like under the Hanoi government, the Viet Cong would have given us their full support, knowing we would leave eventually and wouldn’t kill them like the folks from the north did.We didn’t and they didn’t.PR is more important than we usually realize.
