They are so different than such programs made in the U.S., and we have to laugh (not condescendingly) at the dubbing that attempts to duplicate sounds of pleasure and delight as the people eat express appreciation of whatever’s being shown. A recent program portrayed the culinary uses of seaweed and how it’s used as well in artwork: strange and interesting. .The programs remind me of NET in the late ’50s and early ’60s.
