Liberty Meadows was in the papers ten years ago or so. Frank got fed up with constant censoring of his strips(like them telling him to make Brandy’s bust smaller) and moved to being published by Image comics, who didn’t mind a little smut here and there. Frank has gone back a restored a lot of the old strips for collected editions and the restored versions seem to be used here.
ok, I know I may be the only person looking at Brandy’s face in this strip, but … is it just me or is her expression odd? It seems Cho would have tried to make it sexier. More bedroom-eyed. As it is, her eyes look like a strung-out cat’s. Not that I know what a high cat’s eyes look like, mind you.
