Any group of 650,000 people is going to contain a few sociopaths. That’s roughly 30,000 elementary classrooms, and I can assure you that you are going to have some kids coming into kindergarten who are already quite nuts. We don’t get to screen our own people, so we have a lot more people being killed by our own homegrown terrorists than we would if we could reject the ones that are questionable. But, if you want to produce people with a genuine reason to hate us, an ideal way to accomplish that would be to refuse to help them escape from the people who actually are terrorists. Eventually, we are going to need people who don’t hate us to repopulate the areas that are won back from the terrorists in the Middle East. People who have been shown hospitality and cared for in Europe or America sound to me like ideal candidates for that job.
Nuts like Westboro Baptist Church, among others? “Good immrgrants”, like Murdoch, the rich, the callous, longing to be tax-free, and dominate our political system.
If we keep out certain people, or we only let in people who are of a certain religion. Then we should return the Statue of Liberty to France because we don’t believe in what it stands for.
