    I feel you Snoopy, In my Thirty year career, I was Deployed for 8 Christmas’s. But luckily not behind Enemy Lines. USN 65-95.

    MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!! In 1967 I was in a place that had no lines, but that Christmas I lucked out and got to spend it in Sydney Australia. Greatest Christmas of my life (which has been a long one).

    If you ever get a chance, read Christmas in the Trenches by John McCutcheon. Interesting book based on a true event known as the Christmas Truce…
