Actually, the Puerto Ricans shooting things up(as noted by wbr?) in the 1950’s led to banning guns from the building, a long time ago. And they do have armed guards and security.

Congress would never do anything about the killings. even the attempt of St. Reagan didn’t create any long lasting laws against crazies and guns. now if St. Reagan had died, gun laws would have changed. As St. Reagan did pass gun laws as Governor of California. what irony there. St. Reagan was afraid of the Blacks and guns in Oakland. Shows how black and white the issues are. lol.
