My mother would never have let me get away with that. My BOSS won’t even let me get away with it at work!

I think Paige should help by stuffing the leaves in bags whereas Jason carry the bags to the curb.

Leaves shouldn’t be put in bags – it’s not only a waste of the plastic used to make the bags but of the potential fertilizer the leaves could be made into to renew the earth that the trees made the leaves from.

Note that mom asked Peter five times to “get out there”. So of course he will comply and get out there. .Rake the leaves? Sorry mom, you didn’t ask him five times to rake the leaves, only to get out there.

Welcome to The Twilight Zone, Mr. Fox. Your game controller is at this moment sitting atop a four-inch tall glass in a six-inch tall sink. The water is dripping. If you rake up the leaves in time, you just might save the controller.

Why do people rake leaves anyway? I do, but they go in my compost pile. Most of them I mow and let fertilize the lawn. I heard an expert the other day say he’s mystified by people raking all the leaves from their lawn and then buying fertilizer and compost.
