I worked in produce in the early 90’s, and we were a slave to the computer even then. Inventory control sheets were filled out, keyed in, and it determined when to order what and what to price it at, based on the previous 10 years and current market conditions. It was kind of eerie how accurate it was.

Managing the inventory is driving him bananas.
They need to make more greens with their vegetables.
