Quote all of it, “The evil that men do lives on and on, while the good is oft interned with the bones.” It’s on his tombstone.

Bagpipes: an ill wind that nobody blows good. (It’s not original, but it’s apt!) :D

Hey! No hating on my bagpipes! That’s some of the most beautiful music I’ve ever heard! I hope there are bagpipes in Heaven!

I’ve heard that bagpipes can halt global warming. Mass assembly of all pipers in Antarctica this afternoon. Bring all your spares with you.

I made it totally through my Dad’s funeral without out a tear shed, until, on the hill overlooking the grave sight, the piper played Amazing Grace. Even my cousin, a priest, who was officiating the burial, lost it.

A friend of mine is a piper. Recently, he was shopping in the Costco when he remembered he had left his car unlocked with his pipes. He went dashing out to the parking lot, but it was too late. Someone had already left three more sets of pipes in the unlocked car.

Definition of a gentleman: A man who knows how to play the accordion or the bagpipes, but chooses not to.

Second definition: A man who, when he visits a lady and has to use the bathroom, doesn’t just run the faucet, but actually washes his hands!

My neighbor had a piper at his funeral reception — it is a bit much in a small living room!

Then there was the terrorist who kidnapped a busload of bagpipe players. He threatened to release them if his demands weren’t met.
