Thank goodness it’s not shark week.

It’s not the warnings that upset people, it’s the Speedos.

Howard just calls ’em as he sees ’em.

How can he give fewer warnings if there are at least the usual number of flagrant violations?

Helen, however, has issued her own warning to Howard…and those Speedos are a flagrant violation all of their own accord.

So Howard had best heed his own cautions…and lie a bit low, if later, he’d like a home cooked dinner and a happy household.

I think he does… gotta re-read the section of the Ballard County Combined Code and Cookbook that deals with sidewalk lifeguards.

Good morning neighbors. Ever since I learned that it was legal in Ballard to go to bed early……….I did that last night.

Now this is proper attire for a gentleman at our (mostly) pristine beaches….however Fredricka’s bikini is another mattrer. NO! don’t get up Fredricka, I’ll come over there.

Or skid marks either….it could be worse is you were wearing speedos…..just sayin’

I wish he’d started by warning us about his outfit. It shouldn’t be out and it doesn’t fit.

I think we need Howard to stand near the Tiki and keep an eye on Happy and other wayward posters! Yikes!Mist, did Melvin poop his pants AGAIN?
