We live 2 blocks away from the elementary school, the middle school, AND the high school. My girls love walking to school because they can get their early & chat up friends before classes start. It also makes it easy for when clubs have morning meetings.

If I had lived on the other side of the streetI could have taken the bus to high school, but we were considered too close to be eligible for the bus.
