This sounds like my father and grandfather whenever they got together. They blew up the dog’s bowl more than once. We loved to see that thing flying up in the sky.
In California you would be speaking to Child Protective Services, the Fire Department and the Sheriffs among others. There is nothing safe about blowing flaming coals in all directions. Such an incident could include a psychiatric evaluation. Just saying.
