    Did Haraguchi-san recite the pi digits in English (one, two, three, etc.) or in Japanese (ichi, ni, san, etc.) in those 16½ hours? How did he even take a breather?

    Yeah, but rare stamps can be worth a lot of money. And they’re not gross. You can’t cash in on used gum. And who knows what kind of diseases he picked up with chewed up gum from students?

    At a middle school I used to go to on an air force base in England we had a gum tree. Literally a tree with a trunk covered in old gum from students years before me and probably years after me.
