Yes Steve is From Texas. I was going to UT at the same time as the cartoonist and Academia Waltz was the first thing we would read in the UT paper at the beginning of the day. If Steve seems backwards it is also that I went to UT 40 years ago (and so did Berkeley Breathed) . LOL.
