I understand Phoebes deltema.I take a client to a park at the beach, weather permitting, every day.Lately it has been uncharacteristically sunny and warm.Its hard to keep focused on the job at hand.

Where is the weather nice enough in July to read outside? It has been very hot even in the Pacific Northwest lately.
