At our place, HR seems to fall for that every time. Inevitably, within three years Mr. Perfection is gone, having made numerous cow pie decisions. And the sad part is, he usually then gets a better job with more money. Arrggh!

Reminds me of the woman who got fired for stealing from the factory where I worked…and then got a job with the federal government.(No, I’m not making it up.) Her superpower was apparently brokenness.
