I must’ve blinked and missed Neuro’s blink and cough.

It’s animated in the style of a 1970s Saturday morning cartoon.

This is Little Neuro we’re talking about, folks! What did you expect?(P.S. I remember flip books, often of salacious character….)

I´m impressed if he could draw all 175 100% alike.

Possibly the creepiest animation ever done was “Clutch Cargo”. I’m sure there are examples on youtube.

For its time, “Clutch Cargo” was cutting edge technology. Well, not really.

I treasure a small plastic figure of the sinister penguin, Feathers McCoy, from “The Wrong Trousers,” which was a premium in a fast food promotion. Like the character it’s based on, it doesn’t go in for a lot of excess movement, but when you press down on it, it blinks. Its eyes change from a shiny, reflective black to a matte black.

Little Neuro wears a hospital gown? I think this is the first time I’ve actually seen Petey’s favorite character.

I must have blinked, because I missed it.

How can you see him blink? His eyes are just black dots.
