Here in Maryland, Bobby would get suspended and possibly prosecuted. This, after all, is the state that suspended and tried to jail a 6 year old for eating his Pop Tart into the shape of a gun.

In all reality, notice that Gil just called their parents and did not report anything to the principal . No actions by the school , no suspensions from the team and no lesson learned by Max or Bobby but basketball playdown hopes are still alive. Way to go Gil.

Although, as Ravenswing said he still gave him a drug, even if it was “low-dose.” He should be suspended at the least. And Max kicked off the team. But let me guess, Max will play in the season finale and play well and realize the magic was inside him all along. <barf>

Then, in P3 he shows up wearing one of Kaz’s watches with the 1960’s wide band. Hmmm….no Kaz, watch being worn….pretty suspicious.

Max unfortunately will be checked into rehab as his aspirin withdrawl forces him before the big game to go into the parking lot offering various services for a low dose aspirin.

Not so fast on the placebo story. The truth is that Max was experiencing joint pain from his recent growth spurt, and the aspirin provided some relief and improved his game. Bobby is a genius!

Please, please! This is Milford, it’s twenty years behind your states. The parents are like the Cleavers, those boys are going to get a talking to. and those hands aren’t Bobby’s. That’s two other students hoping to get called on cause they know the answer. Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t Bobby’s Mom question him about the missing pills or wonder why he was running low?

I think Bobby claimed his mother was hovering around the pill bottle and kept him from getting some for Max, but that was just an excuse for holding out on Max to impress Leisl with his forecasting ability.

What!?!?!?!? He gave Max a placebo? I did NOT see that coming!!

Now that that is out of the way, I can’t wait for the Annual Girly Cursive Starting Line-up card to announce the start of another baseball season!

After looking in the archives, the Girly Cursive Starting Line-up card isn’t as ‘annual’ as one may have hoped…….but it should be.
