Not quite.She used a private email account for ALL of her correspondence while at one of the highest positions in our government. She did this because she knew that our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) makes any government communications available for scrutiny via the proper channels (ie. Congress demands to examine) subject to security clearance.So now if Congress requests from the State Department access to her emails regarding any specific event, they say “there are none.”
