“America’s Mayor” made the decision to put NYC’s Office of Emergency Management in a known terrorist target. The diesel fuel that was stored in the WTC to power the OEM during power outages fueled the fire that caused the towers to collapse. That is a fact that Giuliani utterly ignores every time he brings up 9/11 for personal gain. He claim he “loves” America more than Obama, but he ducks responsibility for the decisions he made that led to a lot of deaths.

It seems like Rudy touched a very tender spot there. Too bad that there is no band aid for tenderness, although truth helps with the pain. It’s the Brian Williams syndrome all over again, he lied, but everyone else’s lies are bigger; Rudy said the truth about Obama, so instead of facing the truth lets bash him. With the exception of the apologist posting here, the rest of us are pondering on Rudy’s words. Okay apologists, get set, GO.

This all goes back to a the time before Obama was elected when wou weren’t a patriot unless you wore a flag pin. Obama was accused during his campaign of not being a patriot because he didn’t wear the pin. The right wants say they are the only ones that love America- this is no different. At the time they really could not call Obama a socialist, communist or whatever, they hadn’t yet said he wasn’t an American by birth or that he wasn’t a Christian. Since none of those things have been true they fall back his not loving America aka not a patriot. it’s hard to imagine anyone running for president that doesn’t love his country-even W. Bush.

The right wants to claim “American” as their label, just as ISIS wants to claim “Islamic” as their label. And for exactly the same reason. Don’t let them take it. With the ACA allowing Americans to buy insurance, and the stimulus turning around the economic catastrophe, Obama has done more good for more Americans than any Republican in the past thirty years. His love for America shines through whenever he speaks on the subject — rewatch his speech on American exceptionalism, which is truly intelligent and thoughtful. Contrast it to Giuliani’s bigoted spittle.

@HarleyQuinnForgotten what President G. W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney said after Sept. 11, 2001? They made a point of saying that the United States was not at war with the Muslim world! We were going to fight the terrorists led by bin Laden.

Have you also forgotten that President Bush ignored the CIA warnings that bin Laden’s group was a threat to the security of the United States?

OK, I am going to lower myself here to name calling. Rudy has been such an ass-kisser to the Republican honchos ever since Sept. 11th, when he told the press “When I saw what happened, I said Thank God George Bush is President!”.

Even then, on that horrid day, I thought to myself "Give it a rest —-hole!

While I understand the sentiment, I think giving the ex-mayor red eyes is going a bit too far.

For Hillary there is a tape in her voice chuckling about having successfully defended a child rapist. .As for her husband; the Juanita Brodderick interview was chilling..To many Democrats innocence is automatic, evidence is irrelevant.
