Oh, the things they don’t tell you… I was tempted to go into it a little more here, but I can’t even begin to do it justice. (And judging from the response to past “my uterus hates me and wants me to die” instalments of Sarah’s Scribbles, there are some readers who really wouldn’t appreciate it.) Instead, search for “jezebel first period” and/or “jezebel horrifying period” (no quotation marks)..Sarah, if you’re reading, see a doctor! If the doctor says, “It’s perfectly normal and natural, and there’s nothing you can do about it,” find a new doctor, because your current one has no soul.
