Paige: Nicole ws telling me today how her Mom served leftovers for four days straight. I told her I couldn't understand that. Andy: Her Mom was probably busy. You try cooking dinner every night. Paige: No, no- I coudn't understand what a "leftover" was. Andy: I always forget you've never known life without Peter. Peter: Mom, any chance you could make an extra meat loaf tonight?

Actually, dkram, it’s tofu loaf.If you put enough Quaker Oats in it, you can’t tell the difference.

My mom would tell me her dad would never eat left overs wanted every meal fresh. Including cake. This was like 70 to 80 years ago.

haha! This reminds me of my family! We never have leftovers when the cousins are around. :D Gotta love them.
And I agree that some leftovers are always better. Spaghetti sauce for example. It’s always better the next day.
