President Obama has decided, wisely, I think, to characterize each of these Islamists by other means. It’s obvious he wants to try to cool things down so the Islamists don’t act upon a narrative of “us vs. them.” They see the world this way because, to them, it’s all about continuing the centuries-old fight between Islam and Christianity. This has been going on a very long time, people. Think about the Islamic takeover of much of the Iberian peninsula. Consider the nearly interminable multiple Crusades. Then think about the idiocy of “president” George W. Bush (the quote marks denote that he was elevated to that office by the Supreme Court, and not by the electoral college). He invades the WRONG COUNTRY!! and then feeds the craziness by calling it a crusade and going to Nineveh and talking about his Devine mission. Yikes!!!! What a stupid narrative to throw into a centuries-old conflict. I don’t think he could have done any worse in his hapless ignorance. So President Obama has been trying to unwind the crazy situation created by W. Nothing wrong with that. Of course he knows the Islamists are directly to blame for the terrorism. But he also knows we have played more than our share of the part in this centuries-old clash between religions. This does not excuse any errors in judgment on Obama’s part…but does explain the situation way better than any right or left wing militarism. This is my main reason for thinking that anybody on the democrat side is better than Hillary. She has to “prove” she belongs in the testosterone club of warmongers.

Ramirez’ cartoon has it factually correct on each of the terrorist killings he portrays….and Obama does seem to put the GOP, the Tea Party Patriots, and PM Netanyahu, the Israeli Defense against real terrorists, in his file of “terrorists”…-Reagan was correct, Mandela was for years leader of terrorists attacking land owners. Reagan did not “support bin Laden”….the US needed armed defenders against Russia’s 10 year invasion of Afghanistan….bin Laden was one fighter amongst hundreds, helping stop Russia.-Murder is Evil. Murder for political/religious reasons is doubly Evil. The World’s Daily News proves who are murdering for Global Jihad to try to conquer and fly the Islamic Flag over every earth capitol! Terrorists count bodies and blood “victories”….for any “excuse”…..

Well, the Shoe Bomber couldn’t have been a terrorist, since that incident happened when The Decider was president, and we all know that there were NO terrorist attacks during his administration. (We don’t count 9/11 or the anthrax stuff, either.)

That egg-shaped building in London called “the Gehrkin” was made possible by a 1992 bomb set off by the IRA- Christian terrorists. Way back to killing German scientists in Egypt after WW II, Mossad has long engaged in terrorist acts. Islam doesn’t have a lock on terrorism.

Invading nations that have done nothing to us, Grenada, Panama, Afghanistan, Iraq, is terrorism. Hmm, interesting whose party did all four of those, in very recent times.

^Old Coal: why indeed would folks living in countries we’ve invaded, or threatened to invade, consider the United States, NOT “Christianity”, an enemy? The unwanted “attention” of the U.S. in MIddle East governments goes to the very start of the 20th century (actually before) and with our Euroean allies we’ve CREATED those “Middle East” and south Asian countries, from Beirut to Bangladesh, geographically and politically, no local input required.
