Nothing IS free. Tia Carmen or Sergio paid for the ingredients, the labor, the utilities, etc. Our govt forgets this principle…for instance, the “free Obama phone” is paid for by the American taxpayer. ANY govt giveaway is paid for by us, the taxpayers—-not FREE .
