Uh… what’s the percentage of all those fractions? Does that also make it more or less cheese, sausage and mushroom on a single pizza?

17/51 is one-third (17x3=51) and 109/327 (109x3=327) is one-third so the mushrooms are one-third, but I didn’t work it out to be sure. My head can’t hold that big a number.

Avolunteer - 1/3 of the pizza is covered in sauce+cheese+mushroom, 1/3 is sauce+cheese+sausage, and 1/3 is JUST sauce+cheese

How does one spam a spammer!?

Do they really think they will sell one dime’s worth of stuff?

What I find surprising is that he went to pick it up. I don’t order pizza from anyplace that won’t bring it to me.

P.S. Just flag it. Unless you have a comment that’s on topic, the spam about the spam is more annoying than the spam (‘cause there’s only one of it).

    1) The post is obvious spam 2) it’s sometimes less expensive to do carry-out than delivery 3) Or, maybe Dad was picking up the pizza on his way home from work.

Someone needs to give GoComics a spambot filter.

gillbillvolume1 Your idea sounds wonderful. But their link scares me. What if it is attached to a virus.

And you are so right Rayannina, It is so much fun bashing the spam. It is cathardic, to be sure.

The only thing worse than spam is people telling us what to do about it, as if they have all the answers. News Flash: You Don’t!

    @ gillbillvolume1,

The problem with your idea is that you have no idea if the fake number you give is not really someone’s actual number.

I wouldn’t go to a spammer’s site anyway, it is no doubt crawling with key-loggers and viruses.

Usually this strip gets A+ for math, but this time, only a C since the fractions don’t add up to exactly 1.

    Mr Beeson,

Respectfully, you get the C, not Jason. All 3 fractions simplify to 1/3 exactly, so they total to 1.

Not really. Slice it into sixths (relatively easy) and then top every two slices as ordered. :)

(OK, since I’ve never made a pizza, I have NO idea if that would actually work…)
